Unlike police departments, Sheriff’s Offices are unique in that our leader (the Sheriff) reports to you, and not some city manager or mayor. We recognize that you -- the citizen -- demand to have a Sheriff who will stand up to any agency or entity that is trying to infringe on your Natural Rights as United States and Idaho citizens. When we take off our uniform, we are citizens like you, too.
